Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our store.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "custom-made products" that are made according to customer requests, as outlined below.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged Products that have been completely customized, such as the size, design, color, or material specified by the customer Products with personal designs such as names, initials, or anniversaries Made-to-order products (cannot be canceled after production has begun)
*Since our products are made to order and cannot be resold to other customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please note: If the color of the product image and the actual product differ (differences due to monitor settings), this will not be a reason for return. We will send you confirmation data in advance according to your request, so please be sure to make a final check.
